In short
You don't need an account and we don't ask for your name or e-mail address. Your microphone and camera are only used on your device and never sent to us. We don't set our own cookies. When ads are shown, Google may use cookies: see “Advertising” below.
What is stored and where
| What | Where | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your personal bests, last nickname, recently used tests and theme | Only in your browser (local storage) | So the site remembers your results and choices | Until you delete them or clear your browser data |
| Leaderboard entries you choose to save: nickname, score, test, language and date | Our database, shown publicly on the leaderboard | To run the leaderboards | Up to 12 months, or until removed |
| Anonymous results of finished skill tests (score only, grouped in ranges) | Our database, without any nickname or personal data | To show “better than X% of visitors” | As long as the test exists |
| Usage totals (for example “a test was started”, the page and language) | Our database, as daily totals without any personal data | To see which tests are used and improve them | Up to 24 months |
| Messages sent through the contact form (type, text, rating, page, language) | Our database | To read feedback and fix problems | Up to 12 months |
| Advertising (Google AdSense): cookies and similar identifiers set by Google and its partners | Your browser and Google's systems | To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud; personalised ads only with your consent where the law requires it | As set by Google |
Microphone and camera
The microphone, webcam and combined tests only use your microphone or camera after you press the start button and your browser asks for permission. Sound and video are analysed on your device. Test recordings and photos stay in your browser or are saved straight to your device; nothing is uploaded, stored or sent to us or anyone else. Press Stop or close the page to switch the devices off.
Leaderboard
When you save a score you choose a nickname; please don't use your real full name. Saving is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile. We don't store IP addresses with scores. Nicknames that break the rules are removed. To have an entry removed, use the contact form and tell us the nickname and test.
Contact form
The form asks no name and no e-mail address. Messages are protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. To read messages written in other languages, the text is translated automatically by Cloudflare Workers AI. We don't store IP addresses with messages and we don't reply to messages.
Statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across websites.
Advertising
This site uses Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent first and can change their choice at any time through the privacy settings link shown by the consent message.
Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can turn off personalised ads in My Ad Center or at aboutads.info.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses briefly to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
Children
RankedTestHub is a general-audience website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone; younger players should use a nickname that doesn't reveal who they are.
Your choices
You can delete everything stored in your browser by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. For questions or removal requests, use the contact form.
